More than 1/3 of device manufacturers that have launched AI features don’t charge for them, as recently reported by VDC Strategy. "In the era of AI, software-led monetization of devices requires a new approach—with infrastructure to support it,” writes Nicole Segerer, general manager at Revenera, providing guidance on how to address the challenges of capturing revenue from AI functionality.
